Sidebar off-canvas refactor ( #11 )

- Remove tinted background
- Refactor sidebar overlay
- Remove problematic overlay and `pointer-events: hidden`
- Size sidebar accordingly to avoid it covering up `.wrapper` content and interfering with interactions
- Add `-ms-` vendor prefixes for Internet Exploer
